It has come to our notice that a fraudulent website in the name of oppenheimermarketfunds.com/about-us.html using the name, logo, address, GST and other details of IAMI and fraudulent WhatsApp group/(s) (which term shall include WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other similar communication channels) has been formed impersonating IAMI and using IAMI’s name in association with Oppenheimer and/or ODMAX fund. The fraudsters are engaging in fraudulent activities including by providing stock recommendations using IAMI’s name and address thereby misrepresenting an affiliation with IAMI and abusing its market reputation.

Investors are requested to note that Invesco Mutual Fund/ Invesco AMC does not have any such website or group on WhatsApp or any other social media platforms to provide stock recommendations and/ or solicit investments in stocks. Investors are strongly advised to exercise caution regarding such deceptive/ fraudulent investment groups on the WhatsApp / other social media platforms/ fake websites impersonating Invesco Mutual Fund/ Invesco AMC and/ or using the name, logo, address, GST and other details of IAMI. Investors are advised to verify any investment offers directly through the official website invescomutualfund.com or by writing to mfservices@invesco.com and not to fall victim to such groups / websites and report any suspicious activity to mfservices@invesco.com.
