It has come to our notice that a WhatsApp group under the name "Stock Investment Community" impersonating Invesco Mutual Fund has been formed and is providing stock recommendations by using logo of Invesco Mutual Fund / the name of one of our senior executives. Such groups are designed to defraud the unsuspecting public by luring them into investing in fraudulent schemes. Investors are hereby cautioned that it is a fraudulent and deceptive WhatsApp group, and neither Invesco Mutual Fund, nor Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited nor its executives are associated with the said group in any manner.

Investors are requested to note that Invesco Mutual Fund/ Invesco AMC does not have any such group on WhatsApp or any other social media platforms to provide stock recommendations and / or solicit investments in stocks. Investors are strongly advised to exercise caution regarding such deceptive / fraudulent investment groups on the WhatsApp / other social media platforms / fake websites impersonating Invesco Mutual Fund/ Invesco AMC and / or using the logo / names of our executives / officers. Investors are advised not to fall victim to such groups and report any suspicious activity to mfservices@invesco.com. Be alert and protect your financial safety.
